- Pursuant to FAR Part 6.302-1, FISC Norfolk Det. Philadelphia inntends to solicit on a sole source basis with Ovid Technologies, Inc. of Norwood, MA for the provision of a 3-month renewal subscription to various publications offered under Ovid's Online Journal and textbook services in support of the Naval Medical Information Management Center's existing Telelibrary's Ovide Online subscription. The subscription will cover the period 30 Sep 03 through 31 dec 03. This sole source acquisition is being conducted in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures set forth at FAR Part 13. The applicable NAICS is 511140 (Electronic Database Publishers). Note 22 applies.
