- The Airborne Lasercom Terminal (ALT) Program Office will hold Technical Interchange Meetings 6-10 October 2003. The purpose of these meetings is to continue market research and acquisition strategy refinement in support of a planned 2Q FY04 RFP release. Industry is invited to attend and discuss current state of relevant laser communications technologies and acquisition concepts. The Government will provide a short program overview. The format for the meetings will be individual one-on-one sessions between industry participants and the Government. Each participant is requested to sign-up for a single one-hour slot per the enclosed schedule. During the one-hour allocation participants should plan for 10 minutes of Government presentation at the beginning and 10 minutes to clear the room at the end of the hour, leaving 40 minutes available for industry presentations and questions & answers. All proprietary data shared during these information sessions must be clearly identified and marked. Industry participants planning teaming arrangements are encouraged to participate together with their team members. The team's Potential Prime Contractor may request a 2-hour slot for their team. The classification level of these meetings is SECRET NOFORN. Please provide the following information for each individual attending: ? Company name, address, phone, number, and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code. ? Full name, Social Security Number ? Citizenship, Date of Birth, Clearance, and Date clearance granted. ? Purpose: Participate in Lasercom TIM one-on-one discussions ? Dates: 6 October 03 - 10 October 03. Visit requests must be signed by vendor FSO or designated security personnel. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any costs associated with submittal of this request for information. In addition, the Government will not reimburse contractors for costs associated with participating in the one-on-one sessions. Due to the recent Notice of Source Selection for the TCM Space Segment, no discussion of the TCM Space Segment Acquisition will be allowed during the 6-10 Oct 03 Airborne Lasercom Terminal meetings.
