Description

The 56th Contracting Squadron, Luke AFB, AZ, intends to award a sole source purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures for preventive maintenance X-ray services from Philips Medical Systems, 595 Miner Road, Highland Heights, OH 44143. Award consist of one base year and four option periods. Other Than Full and Open Competition is authorized by 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The anticipated award date is 1 Oct 03. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This notice is for informational purposes only, no formal solicitation will be issued as a result of this announcement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is within the discretion of the Government.
