- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number RFQ-03-119 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-15. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 423990 and the size standard is 100 employees. The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Inspector General (HUD-OIG), has a requirement for eighty (80) 870P Tactical Shotguns, Order Number 4925, black, 14? barrel, 12 gauge, rifle sight, parkerized finish. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors/Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award will be based on technically compliant, low price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications/Commercial Items with their offer.
