- Description
- The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to SYQWEST Inc., Providence, RI, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is to be a firm fixed-price purchase order for an estimated quantity of 20 each of a shallow water transducer, Model/Part No TR-109, manufactured by Syqwest, Inc (formerly Ocean Data Equipment Company) in accordance with the salient characteristics. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
