- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number N68836-03-T-0346 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. This solicitation is issued on a 100% Small Business Set-Aside basis. The NAICS Code 337127, size standard 500 employees. The USS Boone FFG-28, Naval Station, Mayport, Fl., 32228 requires the following work in the Wardroom: replace decking with Azrock Stripwood, lounge area sofas recovered, dining area chair covers, beverage line renovation, buffet/salad bar renovation, bulkhead HPPL, new pantry door, overhead polyvinyl chloride alumimum ceiling panels, dry erase board cabinet, pantry storage cabinets, new HPPL install on cabinets, overhead stainless steel trim; All shipboard furniture shall be in accordance with the U.S. Naval Shipboard Catalog (NAVSEA Publication No. S9600-AD-GTP-010, Publication Stock No. 0910-LP-797-8900). Information concerning approved shipboard furniture may be obtained from this catalog. Reference: Habitability Materials List Revision K (May 1996).
