- NA This is a notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Electrical Wholesale Supply of Utah to Develop and build a Harmonic Power Filter System for the Utah National Guard, Draper, Utah. Services are described as: Connect the harmonic power f ilter to the facility UPS after installation. Install a temporary power panel in the facility along with four power cords to temporarily feed the new equipment. Included in this contract is all testing and ongoing engineering and technical support needed to bring the task to an acceptable conclusion throughout contract period. Response to this notice shall be NLT September 23, 2003, with award made on or before September 30, 2003, subject to availability of funds. Contract amount is less than $50,000.
