Kick-off meeting will take place at DMNA HQ, Latham, NY. 5. The contractor will have access to electronic and paper plans of the four sites with previous completed SPCCPs, and access to site construction drawings (AutoCAD and paper as available). 6. The SPCCP and the ISCP will be combined into one document. 7. If the contractor??????s PE is not licensed in New York then the contractor, if required, will have to make to necessary arrangement to gain accreditation/licensure in New York.
