- NA This is a PRE-SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with information in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. Award will be a firm fixed-price contract. Quote under solicitation number DAHA51-03-T-0020 is requested. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular # 01-15. The procurement is made on an unrestricted basis. The NAICS code for this procurement is 423490, Other Professional Equipment and Supplies Wholesalers. The government intends to award without discussion. The Alaska Army National Guard has a requirement for the procurement and installation of audiovisual equipment for two conference rooms in Building 49000, Fort Richardson, Alaska. In Conference Room B-208, this should include 1 each 3000 Lumen Multimedia Projector, 2 each Ceiling Mounted 34??????XGA/S-Video Monitors, 1 each SMART Sympodium interactive podium display (or equal), 1 each podium with laptop con nectivity and microphone, 2 each monitor speakers, 1 each multimedia equipment rack with the following components, distribution amplifier switch, commercial quality VCR and DVD, 2 each distribution amplifiers, and control system components, 4 each ceiling mounted Lowell Television lights (or equal) and 1 each wireless microphone. In Conference Room D-202, this should include 1 each ceiling mounted 3000 Lumen XGA Projector, 1 each ceiling mounted, powered monitor speaker and 1 each ceiling mounted companion speaker, 1 each flat mount wall screen 60??????X 80??????, and 1 each wireless keyboard. Desired delivery shall be 120 days or sooner after date of contract and acceptance shall be made FOB Destination, freight charges included in the unit price to Alask a Army National Guard, Building 49000, Fort Richardson, AK 99505-2610. Delivery shall be made as specified unless otherwise modified. Warranty service for one year after completion.
