NA This amendment changes the closing date and time for Presolicitation Notice DABK39-W81C3932402331A synopsized 15 Sep 2003. The time for submission of quotes, 18 Sep 2003 at close of business, is hereby changed to 23 Sep 2003 at 4:00 p.m. MST. The followi ng is added to the presolicitation notice: Payment will be made by Government Credit Card. All offers shall be priced FOB Destination White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. All reference to a sole source award is hereby deleted. The preferred method of submission is electronic email to kernsbj@wsmr.army.mil.
