- NA The Army Contracting Agency, Southern Region Contracting Center at Fort McPherson, GA intends to procure on a sole source basis with Noodle Soup, Cleveland, OH 44103-4377. The NAICS code for this requirement is 43390 and the size business standard is 100 employees. The proposed action is for supplies or items that will be used at Child and Youth Services programs at Fort McPherson, GA to develop and strengthen training and partnerships with parents under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b). Item includes an Age Appro priate Play 3- Video set (training materials). The reason justifying this sole source procurement is that the Government believes that only one responsible source can provide all the supplies that will satisfy the agency requirements. Any firm that belie ves it can furnish the items described above is encouraged to give written notification to the Contracting Officer. Supporting evidence must be furnished, in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. All response s received within two days of the date of this publication (by close of business September 21, 2003) for this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this n otice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
