- NA The Directorate of Contracting Fort Campbell intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Smith Aerospace Inc., for the follow items. Table Top SCSI DTM Receptacle, Part Number LT6193-03-01, 15 each; View DTM Software, Part Number 552001-05-01, 15 each; and Data Transfer Module, Part Number 11164191-16-01, 70 each. NAICS code for this procurement is 336413 and is to be awarded on an unrestricted basis. This sole source procurement is under the simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Other Than F ull and Open Competition. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 7 days from the date of the publication of this syn opsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion for the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Smiths Aerospace Inc. Responses are due by 25 Sep 2003, 2:00 p.m. (CST ).
