Description

NA (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Solicitation will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under the following Solicitation Number: DABQ03-03-T-0103. (iii) This Solicitation and the provisions and clauses incor porated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. (iv) This acquisition is a Small Business Set-aside, Size standards 1000 Employees. The applicable NAICS is 332994. (v) This RFQ contains the Statement of Work: The Contractor shall provide the following items: 0001. FX Beretta Conversion Kit, 5305270, 15 each. 0002. FX M16A2 Rifle Conversion Kit, 20 inch barrel, one 20 round magazine, 15 each. 0003 FX Shotgun Conversion Kit, 5302910, 6 each. 0004 FX M4/ M16 Conversion Kit 20 round magazine, 5308310SP, 15 each. 0005 FX Marking Cartridges, Red, 5300432, 3 cases of 1000 rds/case. 0006 FX Marking Cartridges, Blue, 5303700, 3 cases of 1000 rds/case. 0007 FX .38 Cal. Marking Cartridge, Red, 550 0152, 3 cases of 1000 rds/case. 0008 FX .38 Cal. Marking Cartridge, Blue, 5500720, 3 cases of 1000 rds/case. 0009 Estimated Freight to Ft. Greely, Alaska 99737. 3. SHIPPING: Items above shall be delivered to the Central Receiving Poi nt, Bay 5, Bldg 601, ATTN: David Luntz, Fort Greely, Delta Junction, Alaska 99737, PH 873-3011. (vi) The listed items will be FOB to the above Destination. The delivery date is expected to be within 120 days ARO. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instruct ions to Offerors, Commercial, applies to this acquisition, along with the following addenda. (ix) Offers will be evaluated using the following evaluation factors technically acceptable, price and delivery time. The contract will be awarded to the offer or that provides the best value to the government. (x) All offers must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items (Alt I) (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract terms and Conditions, Commercial Items applies to this acquisition along with the following addenda: 52.219-1, Small Business Program Representations (Apr 2002).
