- This contract shall be awarded for Bury Overhead Power Lines, at Pope Air Force Base, North Carolina. This project is restricted to Historically Underutilized Businesses (Certified HUB zone). This project includes the furnishing of all professional services, plant, labor, equipment, materials, supervision and travel necessary to install a new secondary electrical service to tie into the existing main panel, for buildings 505 and 519, Pope Air Force Base, North Carolina. The performance period is 30 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is from $25,000 to $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 237130 and the size standard of $28.5 million applies. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. Release of the solicitation will be via the Internet only. Interested parties may download the solicitation from http://www.eps.gov where it will be posted on or about 20 Aug 2003. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained within the solicitation package.
