- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F09609-03-Q0026 is hereby issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334519. This acquisition is unrestricted. Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia is solicitating for two contract line items; 35 each ADACADASIM 001-US and 35 each ACADASIM Controller Instructor Remotes. Prices quoted shall include any shipping charges. Items shall be delivered not later than 30 April 2004. Shipment shall be made as follows: 6 each Whiteman AFB MO, 2 each Barksdale AFB LA and Dobbins ARB GA, 1 each Hill AFB UT, Eglin AFB FL, Luke AFB AZ, Nellis AFB NV, Peterson AFB CO, Charleston AFB SC, Keesler AFB MS, Andrews AFB MD, Dover AFB DE, McGuire AFB NJ, Maxwell AFB AL, Morgantown Municipal Airport WV, Travis AFB CA, Lackland AFB TX, Wright Patterson AFB OH, McChord AFB WA, Tinker AFB OK, Hickam AFB HI, Elmendorf AFB AK, Johnson AFB NC, Selfridge ANG MI, McConnell AFB KS, Scott AFB IL, Beale AFB CA, and Portland IAP OR. The DPAS rating is DO-C9E. This procurement will follow simplified acquisition procedures in FAR Part 13. Evaluation of quotes will be based on price. Quotes shall include a completed copy of FAR Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, and be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items, and also include a completed copy of DFARS Clause 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, shall be incorporated into any contract resulting from this notice. Applicable clauses cited in FAR 52.212-5 are 52.203-6 (Alt I) and 52.232-33. Applicable clauses in DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, are FAR 52.203-3, DFARS 252.232.7003, 252.247-7023 (Alt I), and 252.247-7024. DFARS 252.204-7004 and 252.225-7013 and FAR 52.212-4 are also applicable to this acquisition. The full text of all FAR and DFARS clauses may be accessed electronically at www.arnet.gov.
