- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. F09604-03-R-00779 is issued as a request for proposal. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. The associated NAICS code is 334511. The small business size standard is 750 employees. The Small Business competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. This is a sole source directed buy for 4 each ARC-217 (HF9000) SYSTEMS to include the following parts: HF-9084 RCVR, P/N 822-0111-001, 4 EA; HF-9041, HF ANTENNA COUPLER, P/N 622-8114-002,4EA; HF-9012, HF CONTROL, P/N 622-9409-003. DELIVERY 24 APR 2004. Place of delivery is FX2399, WR-ALC/LX, 750 THIRD ST, BLDG 350, ROBINS AFB, GA 31098. Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. FOB Point is Origin. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. This acquisition is a DO rated acquisition.
