- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation F5DIX432450200 is amended as follows: FAR 52.212-2 -Evaluation-Commercial Items is deleted. The following evaluation criteria are added: Evaluation/Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is considered to represent the best value to the Government considering technical acceptability, past performance and price. Technical and Past Performance, when combined are significantly more important than price. Offerors are required to submit at least three recent references for evaluation of past performance of same or similar services or items. FAR 52.222-37 and FAR 52.222-42 are added and FAR 52.222-42 is edited as follows: Government Equivalency is: Laborer WG 2, Step 2 $11.08 per hour and Electrician WG-10, Step 2 $18.50 per hour. Wage Determination 1994-2255, Rev 21 applies.
