- This solicitation is issued pursuant to the authority of FAR Subpart 13.5, the Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F7SVML32120600 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Funds are not presently available for this requirement. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this requirement and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. This solicitation document, incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. This acquisition is 100 percent set aside for small business; NAICS Code: 511210; Size Standard: $21,000,000.00. Quotes are to be received by this office NLT 1400 (CST) on 26 Sep 03.
