- The HQ Air Intelligence Agency Contracting Branch at Lackland AFB, TX intends to make a sole source award to SystemWare, Inc for the following items: CLIN 0001 ? Digital Signal Processor Board 9 DSPs with DT-3 Connectors, includes SystemWare developed hardware drivers, Signatec P/N PMP8A-2F (1 ea); CLIN 0002 ? Frame Grabber Video Raster Software, basic, SystemWare P/N 55 (1 ea); CLIN 0003 ? Horizontal and vertical sync Signal condition, Multi-functional Board, PCI, SystemWare P/N MFB100 (1 ea). This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Therefore, this combined synopsis/ solicitation shall serve as a request for quote (RFQ) numbered F5346A32390300. All items are FOB: Destination for delivery to 346 TS/TES, 1303 Billy Mitchell (bldg 3003), San Antonio, TX 78241, Attn: Joe Hartle (210)-977-2475. Offerors are required to provide the unit and extended prices. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 423430, size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2001-14, Effective 23 Jun 2003. The following provisions/clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal, FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with their offer. DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration. DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items. DFARS 252.225- 7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payment Program. Awards cannot be made to contractors who are not registered at the time of award.
