Description

49----Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and except those specified as Government ? furnished, to provide facilities operations and maintenance, repair, shope services, grounds maintenance, waste disposal service, snow removal, energy management, pest control, elevator maintenance, emergency generator maintenance, card key entry system maintenance, and window washing (twice yearly) for the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) three (3) facilities located at 4676 Columbia Parkway, 1090 Tusculum, and 5555 Ridge Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio. The contractor shall be responsible for carrying out the following operations: Maintenances, operation and repair, shop services, ground maintenance, and snow removal. The NAICS Code is 561210, size $30 M. Only Small Business are asked to respond to this synopsis. Only written or FAX requests for copies of the solicitation will be honored if received within twenty (20) calendar days after the anticipated issue date of November 6, 2003. Written requests after this period will be filled on a first-come first-served basis until supply is exhausted. All responsible sources may submit a offer which will be considered. THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
