- Description
- The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure on a sole-source basis from the Vignette Corporation a one year maintenance agreement which provides software upgrages and customer support. The Vignette Corporation has sole proprietary rights to this software. This announcement is issued under the authority of FAR 6.302 and is for informational purposes only. Interested parties may submit a statement of their capabilities to perform this requirement. See Note 22, substitute 5 days for 45 days.
