- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number RFQ-03-118 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-15. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 512290 and the size standard is $6.0 Million. The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) OIG, has a requirement for two (2) Motorola pager covert audio recorders with analog officer safety transmitter, two (2) Wireless remote systems, and two (2) Falcon 2 hour audio/video recorders with memory card. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award will be based on technically compliant, low price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items with their offer.
