- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is requesting quotations from vendors for Ink, Driercobalt, 5.6% printing resinate, high viscosity in 55 gallon drums (425 - lbs per drum) open or close drum head as required by the BEP facility. To be in accordance with BEP specifications D CR-20, dated Oct. 28, 1997. Vendor is to provide certificate of analysis or certificate of conformance & results of inspection for each batch or lot in shipmnet. This is a small business set aside. All qualified vendors interested may submit an offer which will be considered. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in the FAR parts 12 and 13 shall be used. BEP Specifications are available upon request. When requesting specifications, please refer for RFQ26-2003-115. Delivery terms are FOB Destination to the Fort Worth, Texas facility. The basis for this award shall be the lowest price of the technically acceptable sample. Technical acceptability is based on meeting the requirement of the BEP specifications. This order must be palletized. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written offer. All offers must include the RFQ number, unit price, extended price, company's name, business size, point of contact, address, phone number, Tax Identification number and DUNS number. The successful bidder must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration. Quotations are due by COB September 29, 2003. Quotations must be received at the Fort Worth Facility, attention Loni Spring via Mail, Fax, E-mail. No phone calls will be accepted. Offers received at the Washington,DC facility will not be considered.
