- Description
- Pre-Solicitation Conference to be held at ARL:UT Austin Texas on 25 September 2003. There will be no makeup dates. Check in time is from 0800 - 0830. Meeting will start promptly at 0830. Plan for an all day session. Go to: <http://www.arlut.utexas.edu/visiting/index.html> There's a menu at the top of this web page that includes four sections that has information required by visitors: Map and Directions Transportation Entry Lodging and Dining Send visit requests by email to NSWC Crane (Mary Ann Wathen wathen_m@crane.navy.mil <mailto:wathen_m@crane.navy.mil>). Mary Ann will forward the list of attendees to ARL UT. A secret (or Nato secret clearance) or higher is required. Fax or mail security clearance information directly to ARL UT security office following the procedure described under "Entry". The security clearance information should state (1) that it is to attend the Swimmer Detection System Presolicitation Meeting (2) the meeting date (3) the ARL UT POCs: Ken Krueger (512-835-3303), krueger@arlut.utexas.edu should be the primary POC for program questions and Jeanette Brandon for clearance information. Foreign visitors must have their visit request materials in by Sept 18.
