- NA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with IPC/Amerimar Management Co., LLC, 100 Penn Square East 9th Floor South Mgmt Office, Philadelphia, PA 19107-3390, for renovations for the mail room on the 7th floor at U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia, PA 19107. IPC/Amerimar Management Co., LLC, is the owner and operator responsible for all work to the stated property. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. No contrac t award will be made on the basis of this notice. Requests for such documents will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Go vernment. The Government will not pay for information received. The NAICS Code is 531312 with a size standard of $5.0 million
