- NA The Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a need for an Indefinite Delivery type contract for Building and Grounds Maintenance, Kinzua Dam, Warren, PA. Services include grass mowing, maintenance of landscaped areas, janitorial services, and solid w aste removal services. The period of performance will be from 1 December 2003 or date of award, whichever is later, through 30 November 2004, with four one-year option periods. The specifications will be available approximately 17 October 2003 and will b e provided free of charge. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses (NAICS Code is 561210, $23M). Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) Database before receiving a contract award. For registration i nformation, contact the CCR center at 1-888-227-2423.
