- NA This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: CLIN 1 ?????? 10 ea., Single position troop seat, NSN: 1680-01-464-4939 CLIN 2 ?????? 40 ea., Double position troop seat, NSN: 1680-01-464-4953 CLIN 3 ?????? 160 ea., Three position troop seat, NSN: 1680-01-464-4948 Items are required within 60 ARO. Please provide shipping charges as a separate line item. This equipment will be shipped to March Air Reserve Base in Moreno Valley, California. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submits written on this request (oral offers will not be accepted). This procurement is being issued as unrestricted full and open competition. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13.
