Description

NA The Government intends to award a contract pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. The Army Contracting Agency at White Sands Missile Range, NM has a requirement for Digital Eyewitness Systems which consists of the following: 3 each Digital Eyewitness Systems with DVD- RAM, Standard Resolution, 7.5 hours, 4.7GB, Shelf Life of 30 years, 30 second pre-event recording, 3 each DVD Disk with Protective Covering and Write Protected, 3 each Sure Talk, Digital Eyewitness, 3 each In Car Microphone Kits, 3 each Rear Cameras Consol e Mount, 1 each Golden Eagle Dual KA Antenna with two-year warranty and case, 1 each Eagle/KSI Video Interface, 3 each Talon Moving/Stationary, corded with two year warranty and case, 3 each Talon Same Direction Option, and 3 each Talon Battery Handle with charger. Kustom Signals, Incorporated is the only known source that can provide these Digital Eyewitness Systems. The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 334310 and 750 employees. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business. The following provisions and clauses apply: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items; FAR 52.213-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Ite ms; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders, Commercial Items (in paragraph (b) the following clauses apply: 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52,222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, and 52.232-36) and FAR 52. 222-19.
