NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-15. ***The asso ciated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423430 with a small business size standard of 100 people. This requirement OPEN COMPETATIVELY. All interested offerors may submit a quote. This shall be a Firm Fix ed price contract.
