- NA Provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials, repair parts and transportation necessary to perform non-sewer latrine services to include portable sanitation units (PSU), handicap PSUs, PSU services and vault latrine services at various locat ions within the boundaries of Fort Hood, Texas. The contractor shall provide all requested PSUs and perform all coordination, loading, transporting, unloading, placement, and leveling operations necessary to provide in-field services. This includes infre quently relocating PSUs from one site to another site. The contractor shall remove all litter, mud, and other debris from the interior surfaces and all contents of the holding tank by vacuum pumping it into a waste tank. This action will be conducted as a commercial service acquisition in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 14. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses. Numbered Note 1. The solicitation action will be an Invitation for Bid. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract with a base year beginning 1 January 2004 through 31 December 2004, with four (4) one-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 562991. The small business size standard is $6 million average gross revenue of the concern for the last three (3) fiscal years. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or after 2 October 2003 with an anticipated closing date of 24 October 2003 and will be available for viewing at the following websites: http://ccmd.hood.army.mil or http://abop.monmouth.army.mil. Anyone w ishing to participate in this procurement must obtain a copy from one of the websites. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from the websites and updating their files. Teleph one request will not be honored. All interested offerors who can perform the capabilities of providing non-sewer latrine services must respond prior to the closing date of the solicitation to be considered for award. Contractors must be registered in Cen tral Contractor Registration (CCR), accessed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov.
