- NA This is combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes ar e requested; however, a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number DABJ25-03-T-0095 is applicable and is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Ac quisition Circular 2001-15. The requirement is unrestricted with a NAICS Code of 335911, SIC Code 3691, and size standard of 500. The description of the commercial item is as follows: Clin 0001: 7,000 ea, OE890, N/R LITH Battery. Clin 0002: 100 ea, BA-5372 /U LITH Battery. Clin 0003: 500 ea, BATTERY, AA LITH. Clin 0004: 662 ea, BATTERY, BA-5123/U LITH. Clin 0005: 110 ea, V6968 AA Battery Re-Charger. Clin 0006: 37 ea, BATTERY, BA-5588A/U LITH. Clin 0007: 2,200 ea, BATTERY, AA Rechargeable. Clin 0008: 336 ea, BATTERY, RA109. Clin 0009: 120 ea, BATTERY STORAGE LITHIUM. All batteries must be delivered within 72 hours from order date. FOB is Destination to Fort Lewis, WA 98433. If FOF Origin, state shipping charges. Any contract entered into resulting from this re quest for quotations will be with a responsive, responsible quoter using a SF1449. Quotes will be evaluated on low price, technically acceptable. Award will be made on all or none basis. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applie s to this acquisition. An addenda to this provision are applicable, in which the term offeror (whenever it appears) shall be replaced with the term quoter; paragraphs (g) and (h) are deleted. Quoters are required to submit completed copies of the provisi ons at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, and DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications ?????? Commercial Items, with their quotes. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial I tems, applies to this acquisition and does not include any addenda. FAR clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders, Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following clauses within 52.212-5( b) are applicable to this acquisition: 52.203-6, 52.219-4, 52.219-8, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222.21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13 (JUL2000) (DoD deviation), and 52.232-33. DFARS clauses 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Re gistration is applicable. DFARS clause 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items are applicable, to include the following clauses (a) 52.203-3, (b) 252-225-7012, 252.225-7021, 252.225-7036, 252.232-7003, 252.243-7002, 252.247-7023, 252.247-7024.
