Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. F49642-03-T-0189. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. This is a small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 337215(formerly SIC code 2541) at 500 size standard. LINE ITEM 0001: 20 Useable Door Horizontal Mailbox QTY: 14 EA, UNIT PRICE: $_________. LINE ITEM 0002: 25 Useable Door Horizontal Mailbox with 2 parcel boxes within. QTY: 4 EA, UNIT PRICE: $_________. LINE ITEM 0003: Combination Locks QTY: 478, UNIT PRICE: $_________. LINE ITEM 0004: 25 Useable Door Horizontal Mailbox with 3 parcel boxes within, QTY: 10 EA, UNIT PRICE: $_________. INSPECTON AND ACCEPTANCE TERMS: Supplies/services will be inspected by Quality Assurance personnel and accepted at job site. EXTENDED DESCRIPTION: Please refer to Attachment 1 for Drawings.
