- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT; HOWEVER, A REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY03 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30, 2003. ALL QUOTES NEED TO BE VALID UNTIL 30 SEPTEMBER 2003. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F43HHC31950100 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-15. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code 443112, with a size standard of less than $7.5 million.
