- Description
- To provide residential community corrections services for federal male/female offenders in the Tacoma, Washington area. Interested concerns having the ability to provide these services are requested to give written notification to the Contracting Officer referenced in the notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment to include furnishing of subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescription, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work. The estimated total of inmate days 14,600 for the base period, and 7,300 inmate days for each three option years respectively. The RFP (solicitation) issue day is on/about July 1, 2003, and will be distributed soley through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. The closing date of the solicitation has been extended until September 25, 2003. The contract base period consist of two years w/three one-year options to renew.
