- Description
- The U.S. Forest Servie Wildland Fire Training and Conference Center has a requirement for janitorial services. The RFP is anticipated to be Performance Based and Commercial Items in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 37.6. The NAICS is 561720. Approximate square footage for the Administrative Offices and Conference Center is 94,623 square feet. There are three barracks buildings located approximately one block from the Administrative Offices and Conference Center. These buildings are 3-story with approximately 72,770 square feet. The Solicitation will be posted on the FedBizOpps internet site only. No hardcopy solicitations will be issued. Offerors will only be accepted from vendors within the 75 mile radius of the Training and Conference Center. There is a mandatory site walkthrough.
