Description
School Office furniture. The Department of Defense Dependent Schools (DoDDS) Pacific Division is issuing a request for quote (RFQ) for use in the Marianas Island Guam. The RFQ is for brand name or equal supplied by; ATD-American Company, 135 Greenwood Ave Wyncote, PA 19095-1396. Tel: 888-7246, Fax: 800-283-7363. DESCRIPTION: CLIN: 0001. 40EA., Chairs, High Back, Stylish Ergonomic Seating. CLIN: 0002. 150ea., Chairs, Folding Premium Padded. See attached SF1449 the solicitation document number is MDA412-03-T-0212 for detail specifications. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification for this requirement is 337127. This RFQ is for 100% Small Business set-aside. This solicitation is a commercial type product and is prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR PART 12 and 13), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (Fac 2002-11). Instructions to Offorers- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation of -Commercial Items, the evaluation criteria to be used will be included in paragraph (a). (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1.) Price, Technical Specifications, Past Performance; (2.) Tech and Past Performance is equal to price. The government will select the offer that is most advantageous to the government based on these factors that offering the best overall value to the Government. Evaluation of past performance does not require an existence of a formal database, but may be determined by information as the Contracting Officers knowledge, previous work experience, customer surveys, etc.. Interested/capable offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, registered Central Contract Registration (CCR) number along with there quote. Registration information for CCR is located at the following web-site; http://www.ccr.gov/. The Government shall pay the Contractor, upon submission of proper invoices or vouchers, the prices stipulated in this contract for work delivered or rendered and accepted, less any deductions provided in this contract. Unless otherwise specified, payment shall be made upon acceptance of any portion of the work delivered or rendered for which a price is separately stated in the contract. Offers are due 12: 00 PM EST 19 September 2003. Quote must be valid for 60 calendar days after close of solicitation. .
