Description
THIS MODIFICATION IS POSTED TO SLIGHTLY ADJUST THE SQUARE FOOTAGE REQUIREMENT OF THIS LEASE ACQUISITION. REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 11,328 rentable square feet yielding a minimum of 9,850 usable square feet and maximum of 9,950 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Bloomington, Indiana. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. Space must be located in a single tenant building. Existing, proposed, or sites for new space will be considered. If new construction is offered, the site must be able to accommodate a 50-foot setback on all sides of the proposed building. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area in the Bloomington, Indiana: NORTH: State Street, 46/45 Bypass; SOUTH: Tapp Road, Country Club Road; WEST: State Route 37; EAST: Walnut Road. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. On-site reserved parking must be provided for twenty-five (25) vehicles. In addition, five secured indoor parking spaces are required. Space must be ready for occupancy by April 30, 2004. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years.
