- Description
- OFFICE SPACE NEEDED IN ROSSLYN, VIRGINIA. REQUIREMENTS: The United States Government is seeking approximately 280,000 BOMA Rentable Square Feet of office space for potential replacement of an existing lease. The government will relocate from a current expiring lease if consideration of the economics involved and other factors prove favorable. The cost of moving, alterations, impact on tenant agency mission and other variables to be determined by the Government, will be considered in the relocation decision. The Government tenant agency shall be the sole tenant in the building. The building cannot have retail or other establishments that are accessible to the public. The Government shall have exclusive use of the building's roof, as well exclusive use of the parking garage (a "lock-down" facility) which shall provide a minimum of 360 striped parking spaces. Stacked parking is not acceptable. All parking shall be controlled by the Government. OCCUPANCY: SPACE MUST BE READY FOR OCCUPANCY July 1, 2004. Delineated Area: THE SPACE MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN ROSSLYN, VIRGINIA, WITHIN THE FOLLOWING BOUNDARIES: 15th Street on the South, Lee Highway on the North, Quinn Street on the West, and Arlington Ridge Road on the East.
