- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Proposals are hereby requested under RFP N00140-03-Q-N843. FISC Norfolk Det Philadelphia intends to purchase the following: CLIN 0001 - (21) RICOH/SAVIN 3710 Low Volume Desktop Fax Machine or comparable machine; CLIN 0002 (7) RICOH/SAVIN 2513 (13 PPM (page per minute) Digital Copier with ADF (Automatic Document Feeders) or comparable machine); CLIN 0003 ? (9) RICOH/SAVIN 2513F (13 PPM Digital Copier with ADF and Fax or comparable machine); CLIN 0004 ? (1) RICOH/SAVIN 4145G (45 PPM Digital Copier with ARDF and cabinet (Automatic Document Feeder Facsimile) or comparable machine). CLIN refers to the Contract Line Item Number. Delivery will be FOB Destination and all transportation charges paid by the Contractor to the Naval Recruiting District Pittsburgh located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Delivery expected on or before 30 September 2003. Inspection and Acceptance shall be performed at destination by the receiving activity, Naval Recruiting District Pittsburgh. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. Award will be made on the factor of price alone. Payment will be made by Government Purchase Card. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to the procurement and are incorporated by reference: 52.212-1, ?Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items?; 52-212-3, ?Offerors Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items?; 52.214-4, ?Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items?; 52.212-5 ?Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items? The following numbered subparagraphs under paragraph (b) of this apply: (1), (5), (7), (8), (9), (13), (14), (16), (17). The following DFARS provisions and clauses apply to this Request for Quotations and are incorporated by reference: DFARS 252.212-7000, ?Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items?; DFARS 252.204-7004, ?Required Central Contractor Registration?; DFARS 252.212-7001 ?Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items.? The following clauses referenced under paragraph (b) of this clause apply: DFARS 252.225-7001 and DFARS 252.225-7007.
