- Description
- Pursuant to FAR Part 6.302-1, FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to solicit on a sole source basis with Thomson Micromedex of Greenwood Village, CO for the provision of a one-year subscription to Micromedex referential drug, toxicology and patient education databases to include Drugdex, Identidex, Diseasedex, Emergency Medicine, Poisondex, CareNotes, Tomes, Reprorisk, Martindale, US Pharmaceutical MSDS, Current Concepts and Drug-Reax. Subject subscription will allow for Navy Medical Department claimancy-wide utilization. The subscription will cover the period 30 Sep 03 through 29 Sep 04. This sole source acquisition is being conducted as a commercial items acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12, using Subpart 13.5 Test Program Procedures. The applicable NAICS is 511140 ?Electronic Database Publishers?. Note 22 applies.
