- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to purchase the following items on a sole source basis from Rockwell Automation, Inc., 1201 S. 2nd Street, Milwaukee, WI 53204-2410: One Arena Standard Software License; Two Arena Professional Software Licenses; Three Optquest Software Licenses; unlimited telephone support; and updates as they are released. A sole source procurement is necessary because Rockwell Automation, Inc. is the only manufacturer or the software and is therefore the only source to provide the software licenses on their proprietary software. Award is to be made under simplified acquisition procedures on an all or none basis. The closing date is 22 September 2003. Anticipated award date is 26 September 2003. Pricing should be FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448-510 0. THE GOVERNMENT SHALL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE. The Government will award a purchase order from this announcement to Rockwell Automation, Inc. All responsible sources may submit their quote by e-mail in Microsoft Word format to xds13@nswc.navy.mil. E-mail should reference N00178-03-Q-3042.
