- NA The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) plans to negotiate on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis with Visual Eyes, Westlake Village, CA for the update and enhancement of the current USAMMA (U.S. Army Medical Material Agency ) Story Video. Visual Eyes will update only those portions necessary of the existing USAMMA Short Story Video/CD and deliver a revised product that tells the overall mission, vision and organization configuration of the Agency. Period of performance is p lanned for 60 days. No telephone requests. Any interested purporting to be able to furnish the requirement must submit a written response demonstrating such capability.
