- NA The US Army CECOM Acquisition Center - Washington intends to award a sole source purchase order to Engineered Environments, Inc. for the purchase of four (4) each Environmental Control Units (ECUs) Model 18309. The delivery date for these items is 180 d ays after award. This effort will be performed under a fixed price purchase order. This is a small business set-aside.
