- NA This is Amendment 0001 to DAAH12-03-Q-0001, a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items previously announced on 8 September 2003 and prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in t his notice. The amendment revises the due date for quotes to Wednesday, 24 September 2003. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation numbered DAAH12-03- Q-0001 is issued as a Request for Quotes and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement DCN 20030821. This acquisition is being set aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System code is 423430 with a small business standard of 500 employees. Item to be procured is a Printer Case, Case No. AL3434-2807R, PN: PS10361, Manufacturer: PSI, Quantity 64 each, NO SUBSTITUTIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Fort Campbell, KY 42223, Qty. 23 each; Hurlburt Field, FL 32544, Qty. 37 each; and Ft. Eustis, VA 23604, Qty. 4 each. Delivery is required within 60 days after award of contract. I nspection and acceptance shall be by the Government at destination. EVALUATION FACTORS: This contract will be awarded on a firm fixed price basis to the lowest priced responsible, responsive offeror. A contract shall be awarded in the following order of priority whe n two or more low quotes are equal in all respects: (1) Small business concerns that are also labor surplus area concerns. (2) Other small business concerns. Quotes that fail to provide the required representation or information or that reject any of the terms, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation may be excluded from consideration. SUBMITTAL OF QUOTES: Quotes shall be submitted in writing no later than COB 4:30 p.m. Eastern time, SEPTEMBER 24, 2003, to the Integrated Aviation Systems 21 Workin g Group, Attn: AMSAM-TASO-I (H. Fowler), Bldg. 401, Lee Blvd., Fort Eustis, VA 23604-5577. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items, your submittal shall include, as a minimum, (1) the solicitation number, (2) POC f or your firm (name, address and telephone number), (3) price and any discount terms, (4) delivery terms, (5) terms of any warranty, (6) remit to address, if different than mailing address, (7) a statement specify the extent of agreement with all terms, con ditions, and provisions included in this solicitation, and (8) a completed copy of the representations and certifications at FAR 52.212-3. Late submissions, mo difications, revisions and withdrawals of quotes will be handled in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f). E-mail submissions will be accepted at hfowler@aatd.eustis.army.mil. Fax submissions will be accepted at (757) 878-0089. Quotes submitted in this manne r must arrive at the above place and by the time specified. The Government will not be responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt of a facsimile or e-mail offer including the receipt of a garbled or incomplete submittal, the a vailability or condition of the receiving equipment, incompatibility between the sending and receiving equipment, delay in transmission or receipt of quote, failure of the offeror to properly identify their offer, illegibility of offer or the security of t he offer.
