- NA This is a proposed sole source acquisition to Optometrics Inc., 3115 Professional Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48104. The acquisition will be to provide licenses for their proprietory standalone software and support on incident guidance, hazard source and integrat ion. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which will be considered by the MANSCEN and Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. If no bid, proposal or quoquotation are received, an award will be made to OptiMetrics, Inc.
