- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The purchase request number is F1900M32262500. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-05. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 334310, Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing, the size standard of which is 750 employees. (Not to exceed). DESCRIPTION: Hazmat Wireless Video System and Video Surveillance Probe, product of ?SEARCHCAM?. REQUIREMENTS: Item 1) Searchcam Entrylink, Part # SC-EL-200/Hazmat Wireless Video System: Handheld Camera/transmitter unit ? color camera, illumination, laser pointer, microphone, wireless transmitter, temperature sensor, entry timer, digital compass, water tight housing capable of wet decon, minimum 10,000 ft. range, Antenna receiver system ? 12 VDC or 110/220 VAC, Mobile telescoping stand, 50 ft. of cable. Item 2) Searchcam Receiver Antenna Extension, Part # SE-EL-ECR, Optional 500 ft. receiver antenna extension cable on ?live? cable reel. Item 3) Video Surveillance Probe, Part # SC-PT-IR, minimum requirements, rigid aluminum telescoping probe (30?-66?), manual 180 degree articulation, black and white 5? LCD monitor with sun shield, infrared illumination, video camera(2 ea.), rechargeable batteries, battery charger, storage case. Also your quote must list your DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN.
