- Amendment 001 The following is added to the description as a result of questions during the site visit on 15 Sep 03: Equipment will be pressure washed by the Government prior to turnover to the contractor. Type of Power available: None. Contractor has option to take equipment to contractor's site for service and return equipment. Receipt for equipment will be required. Government will repair badly worn equipment parts prior to equipment being turned over to the contractor. Requirements/Parameters for sandblasting are included in the previous description. Steel less than the recommended thickness (as previously addressed in synopsis) and aluminum cannot be media blasted. FAR 52.245-2 Government Property (Fixed Price Contract) will be incorporated in to any resultant award by reference. The point of contact for this solicitation is Rena.
