- There will be a site visit on the 22nd of September. Contact TSgt Robert Briney by the 21st at (316) 759-4514 for location and time. The site visit will be a combined visit for F14614-03-Q0135, F14614-03-Q0136, and F14614-03-Q0137. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format listed in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F14614-03-Q0137. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is reserved for small businesses. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 333315, size standard 500 employees. McConnell AFB, KS plans to acquire the following items: 0001 LCD Projector 2000 ANSI Lumens, MFG: Sony, Quantity 1 ea. 0002 580 72? DIA Electronic White Board, MFG: Smart Board , Quantity 1 ea. 0003 Ceiling plate, MFG: DA-Lite, Quantity 1 ea. 0004 RPA-020 Ceiling mount, MFG: Chief, Quantity 1 ea. 0005 SLVD100 VCR/DVD Combo, MFG: Sony, Quantity 1 ea. 0006 BIAMP CMA30 AMP, Quantity 1 ea. 0007 8081 CSD speakers, MFG: KSI, Quantity 4 ea. 0008 P/S DA 2 VGA DA, MFG: Extron, Quantity 1 ea. 0009 A/B Switch, Quantity 1 ea. 0010 IL Wireless keyboard/mouse, Quantity 1 ea. 0011 WPL Wall Plates, MFG: Tecnec, Quantity 1 ea. 0012 Mew C19S50 HI RES VGA Cable, Quantity 1 ea. 0013 Miscellaneous cables and connectors for installation of equipment, Quantity 1 ea. 0014 Installation All questions about above line items will be addressed at the site visit on the 22nd. The following provisions in their latest editions apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal; FAR 52.212-1 Instructions To Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. All quotes will be evaluated on conformity to specifications, price, and past performance. Before the offer?s specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award. Please submit with your quote a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer is confirming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government.
