Remedy Item number TS-EP+R. 0002- 1 Ea, Renewal Remedy AR System Server w/o Multi-threaded option HP-UX. Remedy Item number TS-EP+R. Also includes Support Reinstatement Remedy Item Number RS-AR-RI. 0003- 1 Ea, License AR Platform Add On. Part number FB-EN-AP. SIN # 132-33. AR system flashboards (english) server all platforms. 0004- 1 Ea, Express+ maintenance. Express+ support-AR system flashboards (english)server all platforms. Part number TSERFBENAP. 0005- 1 Ea, License, AR Platform (server & license). Remedy Part number AR-LC-05FI-AP. Remedy AR system fixed write LSN 5-pk. 0006- Maintenance Express+. Express+ support Remedy AR system fixed write LSN 5-pk. Remedy Part number TSERARLC05FIAP. FOB: Destination for delivery to 807 H Ave. Bldg 845, Sheppard AFB TX 76311 This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FU3SCX324111. IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13.
