Item Description: VISX Custom View Wavefront Procedure Card Part Number: 00304305 Qty: 20 This is a proposed sole source acquisition for the purchase of VISX Custom View Wavefront Procedure Card; all responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The applicable NACIS code is 334510. Solicitation issue date is approximately 10 Sep 03 and will be available on http://www.eps.gov. Proposals are due NLT 3:00pm on 15 Sep 03. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation and no split awards will be made. The solicitation will be posted on http://www.eps.gov.
